Some stuff even I will not do. Some stuff is so impossibly addictive or is so dangerous it's not worth trying. Here's a brief list:

I really should include Tabbacco, but I smoke. =) Here's a little breakdown of effects and reasons why you shouldn't try this shit.

  • Cocaine
    1. As you've probably seen in so many movies, cocaine is a stimulant made fom cocao. Cocaine is very addictive.
    2. Coke is some fun stuff, but it's just too addictive to be taken. Coke's got a great mouth feel. If you ever see a tiny bit of coke, lick your finger, dab it in the powder, and taste it. It tingles the tongue oh so nicely. Most people snort coke, which leads to hemorages and seious bleeding.
    3. Coke makes you feel quite nice, and was a popular party drug in the '80's. The reason coke is "out" in my opinion, is not that it's bad for you, but because it makes you fat! At parties I'd watch people pig out after doin' a line or two of coke, it's not pretty.
    4. Coke is a finicky drug. If you get a badly cut batch, or you get pure stuff and don't know it, you're fucked. If you insist on doing this stuff (don't), then know your dealer. Note: I knew a guy once who cut 4oz.s of coke with drano, then sold it. Watch out!
  • Special K/Vitamin K
    1. Special K is an animal tranquilizer. It was rejected for human use because it wasn't metabolized well by most people. Reactions varied greatly, from tranquility, to seizures. 'Nuff said???
    2. K is like PCP in the animal bit, and it acts like it too. People sometimes get calm, but often they get a massive rush, often violent.
    3. Special K is Ketamine Hydrochloride. K is better for you than PCP, and actually isn't too bad. Given a choice between PCP and K, K is a much better choice. K doesn't depress circulatory or respitory function like PCP can.
  • PCP
    1. Phencycledine (PCP) is also an animal tranquilizer. For a few years in the early '90's our local vet got robbed every 6 months for PCP. PCP carries the same rap as K, both are addictive, both can make you hurt yourself. PCP is also called crank or speed. Meth, PCP and K are all the "speedy" drugs. Meth is sometimes accpeted in X rings as something to help the stamina of ravers.
  • Crack
    1. Crack is the most addictive substance I've ever seen. Crack will fuck you up...bad.
    2. Crack works by smoking it, then it goes to your brain and makes it release natural opiates in the brain. This takes about 10 seconds. Opiates are the second most addictive chemicals in the world.
    3. Crack is more addictive than the opiates it releases because it prevents the opiates from returning to natural levels, so each time more crack is needed, also more is needed to make up for the lose of natural opiates that would be released, but the body has no more.
    4. Bottom line:Don't try it, even if you aren't addiction prone!
  • Herion
    1. Herion is an opiate, which means that it's made from a poppy plant or its relatives. Natural opiates are produced in the body and are dispersed during injuries, heavy excercise, and eating spicy foods!
    2. All opiates are extremely addictive! Taking heroin once can lead to a serious problem. Most of the time, first time use results in vomiting and nausea.
    3. Heroin is like cocaine. If it's pure, and you don't know it, you're fucked. Opiates are very easy to OD on. This is a major problem with small time operations. The stuff is often not cut well or consitently from batch to batch.
  • Other Opiates
    1. Other opiates are just like heroine, but much less common.
    2. I once had a mild addiction to poppy seed tea. I also used to make opium balls from sugar and poppys for the neighborhood kids. Both are very addictive but aren't quite as addictive as heroine in its pure from. Both come very close, though.
    3. There are various semi-synthetic and synth versions of opiates. These are called opiods. All are addictive. In this group is morphine, codiene, hydromorphone, merpidine, and numerous others. All dosages should be around medicinal doesages. ODing is possible, but more difficult than with herion.
Any Drug You Got From Someone You Don't Know
    1. It's impossible to always know the precise location your dope was obtained from, but have an idea. Don't take hand-outs.
    2. It sounds dumb, but trust your dealer. Go with someon who a friend hooks you up with. Or, if you're lucky, your friend is a dealer, and you can score free shit. If all else fails, and your friends are straight, go with someone who at least has a good rep.
    3. Use your better judgement. If it looks bad, it probably is.
      Inhalants
    1. Lots of people use inhalants somewhat regularly, and have little or no problems. Some people....Most of them are fucked up, strange, naive people.
    2. Don't inhale just anything. If you want NO2, get the real deal, not just an empty can or whatever. Stay away from stuff like White-Out.
    3. Amyl Nitrate is another popular inhalant. It's one of the safer ones. Nitrous and Amyl are the only ones that I'd consider even moderately safe.
    4. Inhaling is not fun. You get drip (feeling of something running down your throat), burning sensations, sinus infections, and nosebleeds (sometimes chronic).
